Baggage and Valuables
Though we take all reasonable care in the handling of baggage, our responsibility for lost, damaged or misplaced baggage and other personal property is limited by the passenger contract. Travesia Sur is not responsible for camera equipment, jewellery, cash or other similarly fragile and valuable items contained in checked or unchecked baggage.
These items, as well as medications or prescriptions, should be carried on and off the ship by the guests themselves. In-room safes are available free of charge on board.
Guests with Disabilities/Special Diets
Travesia Sur has limited facilities aboard ship for guests with disabilities. Unfortunately guests in wheelchairs cannot be carried on. If guests have special dietary needs, please advice at time of booking or, at the latest, two weeks before sailing. Every effort will be made to comply.
Guest Responsibilities
Our guests have responsibilities toward both their fellow passengers and the crew. Every guest is expected to review the conditions contained in the trip itinerary, follow norms for appropriate social behaviour towards other fellow passengers, observe all safety requirements on board and on shore excursions, and act in an appropriate and respectful manner toward the crew members and their fellow travellers.
